Maureen Feduniak: the Grand Dame of Pro Poker

Maureen "Mo" Feduniak is a native of England and she has been competing in the poker scene for more than a decade. She was mentored by the famous pro, T.J. Cloutier, who has played a major role in bringing out her skills in the realm of pro poker.

Maureen's fascination on poker became evident after she watched a live broadcast of the World Series Of Poker. Her husband's prowess in poker has also influenced her to engage in the realm of poker-playing. A grandmother of five, a poker enthusiast and a fervent online poker player, there is definitely nothing to slow Maureen down.

At the World Poker Tour's Ladies' Night, which was aired on television, Maureen Feduniak gained attention. It was on this event of the World Poker Tour that she played against some of the best lady-players in the likes of Annie Duke, Clonie Gowen, Kathie Liebert, Jennifer Harmon and Evelyn Ng. Though she only got 4th place on the event and no prize money, it was a game that brought her to the spotlight through making it at the final table.

Maureen Feduniak's many accomplishments in the pro poker circuit include: 99th place at the No-limit Hold'em championship of the 2005 4th Annual Five Diamond World Poker Classic with a cash prize of 4 54,600; 4th place at the Ladies' Night main event of the World Poker Tour; 5th place at the Fiesta al Lago's 7-card Stud event with a prize of $ 5,450; 8th place at the 2004 No-limit Hold'em event of the Plaza Ultimate Poker Challenge with a cash prize of $ 1,600; 15th place at the Limit Hold'em event of the 35th Annual World Series of Poker with a cash prize of $ 10,020; 31st place at the No-limit Hold'em event of the 35th Annual World Series Of Poker with a cash prize of $ 7,160; 13th place at the Limit 7-card stud event of the 35th Annual World Series Of Poker with $ 4, 280 prize; 8th place at the Limit 7-card Stud event of the 2003 Five Diamond World Poker Tournament with $ 6,620 cash prize; 1st place at the No-limit Hold'em event of the 2003 Bellagio Special Poker Events with a take-home prize of $ 43, 650; 4th place in the 2003 World Poker Tour's Poker Million event with a prize of over $ 75,000.
